About Us
Pastry Chef Jojo Zhang had first sparked an interest in the culinary world back in China where she had grew up. Having multiple experiences in diverse cuisines, she had falling in love with the Japanese culture of omakase. Using the seasonal ingredients to build a tasting menu had inspired her to do the same with desserts.
The name meadow comes from a heartfelt poem , "Qiantang Lake Spring Tour" by Juyi Bai. The beauty of spring time, after the cold winter winds have passed, the trees and flowers blooming. With bright colors all around us. With each taste of our desserts, no matter the season, we try to bring warmth into your day.
